Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
• For hygiene reasons, certain items such as undergarments, swimwear, and clearance/sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

1. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@daxymart.com with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.
2. Once approved, we will provide instructions on how to return your item.
3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status.
• If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

• We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

• If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us immediately at support@daxymart.com with photos of the product. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

• Sale items, gift cards, and final clearance products cannot be returned or refunded.
